The CMS Association is pleased to announce the CMS Expo will be held on Thursday, April 30th and Friday, May 1st, 2009. Featuring over 45 learning sessions and 6 learning tracks, the learning conference is the only learning conference created for ALL members of the Content Management Team: Administrators, Businesspeople, Content Creators and Developers.

CMS Expo is taking place at the Hotel Orrington Conference Center, in Evanston, Illinois, one block from the campus of Northwestern University.

Learning sessions will center on three of the most popular CMS solutions for business and non-profit organizations: Joomla, Drupal and Alfresco.

Featuring some of the world's top experts in the Content Management world, CMS Expo expects to attract 250 - 300 attendees to the 2-day conference. Tickets are $549, which includes entrance to all learning sessions, access to Expo booths and entry to all musical venues at the Thursday night "North by Northwestern" Mixer, spotlighting independent musicians.

There is also a pre-conference session entitled, "Ultimate CMS Showdown," which is a continuation of the popular event from South by Southwest Conference, in Austin, Texas. The interactive session features a comparison of three of the top CMS/Blog solutions: Joomla, Drupal and WordPress.
