Now you can add interactivity to your Community Builder web sites by using AyTube4CB.
AyTube4CB is an Ajax-based plugin for CB that lets your users showcase their favourite YouTube videos on their user profiles so that everyone (or just their friends) can watch them.
Features:
- Easy to use. No need for users to enter the videos’ URLs. Your users simply fills in their YouTube username (or other people's YouTube username).
- Displays videos uploaded by a user, or videos inside this person's Favourites list
- Ajax-based. This ensures that the user profile tabs do not get delayed in loading. The profile loads first while the video information is retrieved in the background.
- Video looks a bit small in the profile? No problem. To view an enlarged version of each video, just click Enlarge.
- The Administrator can set the maximum number of videos retrieved.
- Users can restrict the display of their videos only to those in their Connections list.
- The videos do not clutter the profile. Instead, they can be scrolled by clicking Next and Prev.
- Video streaming is done using the viewer’s bandwidth, not yours.

This is another fantastic product from FlameForge and I’d recommend it to anyone using the Community Builder. It is really easy for users to navigate (just put in the name of a youtube channel) and it is super-simple to use in the back-end management.
It looks very professional and runs very smoothly with no slow down at all. I haven’t had any problems since installing it and my members are all thoroughly enjoying it. In particular, members who don’t have a youtube account. Now they can have their favourite youtube videos on their profile page!
As always, the technical support from FlameForge is second-to-none and Eric is there to answer and resolve any problems almost immediately. I really can’t find anything negative about this product and think it is worth every penny. Top marks from me!
