			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Despite what people may think, the JED at joomla.org &#8220;isn&#8217;t&#8221; going away, it&#8217;s there to stay. We&#8217;re in full support of it and what it stands for. A comment that was made recently regarding this was quickly corrected, but unfortunately too late. But anyways, the JED is here to stay and good on it. The Joomla community needs it and relies on it.  We are not trying to replace the JED, but rather complement it.</p>
